課程概述 |
精神醫療以及司法矯治社工在治療團隊中常需扮演多元角色與任務，服務範圍包括家事法庭中家庭調解、司法程序過程的出庭陪同、以及受刑人(如:毒癮、性侵、家暴加害人)社區處遇及獄中的協助。服務內容包括危機處理、壓力調適、人際關係、自我成長、健康照顧、情緒管理、再犯防治、經濟扶助、就業輔導、家庭支持等各方面之協助，促進矯治的成效，並使犯罪被害人與受刑人重回社會正常生活，找到安定的工作，重建家庭關係與社會支持網絡。同時，為拓展社會工作在刑事司法系統下發展戒治政策與處遇計畫，社工必須要能整合並協調服務的輸送系統，同時要倡導生理心理社會的服務輸送。 |

課程目標 |
特殊個案持續的矯治與照顧服務相當重要，社工人員在協助處遇過程的專業理念與態度，易影響專業互動關係與處遇成效的持續性，課程目的在於從社工處遇照護措施與犯罪防治觀點，建立精神醫療/矯治社工的正確理念、服務輸送工作態度，以提升服務實踐成效。 |

課程要求 |
1. 課程討論與參與 40% （分組提出2問題）導讀報告約25-30 分鐘
2. 期中報告 30% (4-5頁) due 4/16
針對當代社會犯罪相關議題，選擇關於精神/矯正/治療學派討論分析
報告內容:
a. 學派歷史緣起
b. 評估適用對象
c. 運用的原則、技巧、方式
d. 運用的理論
e. 治療派別優點與限制(批判）
3. 期末報告30% (共約7-8 頁) due 6/15
a. 社會案例分析 (如：火車殺人判刑爭議/謝姓歌星家暴再婚/房思琪事件/小燈泡/影星吸毒…)
b. 案例違反的社會法規或政策(毒品危害防制條例、性家暴防治條例…等)
c. 目前常被運用與此犯罪議題上的治療/處遇模式
d. 蒐集並批判此“兩種”處遇模式/理論對於此議題的運用成效與爭議
e. 論述所支持學派與矯治運用過程
